SonyDevWorld: Rework laststatus, timeouts, filter
...
Save last 3 posted items rather than only one in order to be
more resilient in case a post is deleted.
Filter out any post that is not tagged:
- `xperia-open-source-archives`
- `software-binaries`
Use 0.125s short timeouts and 40s every 12th post to
Telegram API.
